Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the WATools Hub Chrome extension and associated websites, operated by Zyn Technology.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing WATools Hub, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. What WATools Hub Does
WATools Hub is a Chrome Manifest V3 extension that adds a productivity and privacy layer to WhatsApp Web. Features include:
- Custom chat folders with emoji icons
- Privacy blur for contact names and avatars (per-folder and global)
- Password-protected stealth mode (SHA-256 hash, stored locally)
- Smart notes with categories, priority, tags, and follow-up reminders
- Chat backup — exports conversations as searchable HTML with media and notes
- Group member CSV export
All data is stored 100% locally using chrome.storage.local and browser IndexedDB. No data is uploaded to any server operated by Zyn Technology.
3. License & Permitted Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use WATools Hub for personal or internal business purposes.

You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the extension
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code
- Circumvent any feature-gating or license verification mechanism
- Use the extension to collect data from other users without their consent
4. Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed through ExtensionPay (extensionpay.com). By purchasing, you also agree to their Terms of Service.
Limited to 100 users. All features forever. No renewals. Non-refundable after 7 days.
Pro Monthly — $4.99 USD/month
Auto-renews annually. Cancel anytime via your ExtensionPay dashboard before the renewal date.
Refund Policy
- 7-day refund on first-time purchases if the extension does not function as described and we cannot resolve the issue
- Refund requests: info@watoolshub.online within 7 days of purchase
- Refunds declined where the extension has been used extensively or where the issue is caused by WhatsApp UI changes outside our control
5. Prohibited Use
- Using the Group Export feature to build unsolicited marketing lists or spam databases
- Exporting or storing contact data without the knowledge or consent of those individuals
- Any unlawful activity including harassment, stalking, or unauthorized surveillance
- Bypassing the paywall via storage tampering or any technical means
- Reselling, redistributing, or offering the extension as a service to third parties
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Platform Dependency
WATools Hub operates on top of WhatsApp Web. WhatsApp may update its interface at any time, which may temporarily or permanently break features. We make no guarantee of uninterrupted functionality.
Account Safety
WATools Hub does not automate sending or receiving messages. However, we cannot guarantee that WhatsApp will never take action against accounts using third-party browser extensions. We are not liable for any account suspension or restriction.
No Warranty
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Valencia, Spain. EU and UK consumers retain any mandatory rights under local consumer protection law.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Chrome Web Store listing or email to registered Pro users. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
